I saw Tron: Legacy in 3D yesterday.
I won’t go into the plot, because it’s almost impossible to describe without spoiling it, so I’ll jump directly to my conclusion.
Go see it!
The story is good, the casting fair, but the effects more than make up for the movie’s shortcomings.
It’s an old-fashioned, turn off your brain and have fun movie. If you’re a fan of the original, this is a worthy sequel… and it opens the door for something more.
That’s my opinion, and I’m sticking to it.
